Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Free shipping promotions qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping promotions apply only to the first delivery address per order. Order must contain enough qualifying merchandise to reach the threshold the promotion outlines. Qualifying order threshold excludes shipping and taxes and is after promotional discounts are applied. Belle Beauty reserves the right to change or discontinue promotions at any time.
Freight Surcharges Heavy or oversized items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed in parentheses after the item name.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Undeliverable packages will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping facility.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Belle Beauty for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Belle Beauty unless there was a shipping error or product damage. Belle Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges for products that were purchased at other retailers or other websites that are not www.bellebeauty.com.

To ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, the return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the original invoice.
Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGES
Please email us at email@example.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, a description of what happened, and pictures, if possible. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
